I got back the first roll of film through my Frankenstein mashup Pen D, which combines parts of two broken cameras, along with a little bit of hacking to get it working properly if not quite like new. I fixed it just in time to take photos around downtown during Winter Storm Fern, which dropped almost a foot of snow on Indianapolis.

Pretty succesful, with about a third of the photos lost from the shutter activating while winding (my fix wasn't quite good enough). Quite happy with my first go with film in almost 30 years!
